3. Booking Procedure
- Booking Process: Reservations can be made through the website romecruiseshuttle.com. Once the booking is completed, the user will receive a confirmation email with the details of the requested service.
- Required Information: Accurate information (such as name, flight details, pick-up address, etc.) must be provided to ensure the service is carried out correctly. Rossi Autoservizi is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
- Changes and Cancellations: Changes can be requested up to 12 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations may be subject to penalties as specified in the Cancellation Policy section.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations: In the case of cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time, the user may be entitled to a full or partial refund. If the cancellation is made after the specified deadline, a penalty of up to 100% of the booking cost may be applied.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days from the approval date of the cancellation and will be credited to the payment card or method used during booking.
5. Rates and Payments
- Rates: Service prices vary based on distance, duration, number of passengers, and the type of vehicle selected. The total cost will be displayed during the booking process and includes VAT and any applicable taxes.

6. Customer Obligations

- Personal Belongings: The customer is responsible for their personal belongings. Rossi Autoservizi is not liable for loss or damage to personal items during the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Delays and Disruptions: Rossi Autoservizi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize such inconveniences.
- Damage or Loss: Rossi Autoservizi will not be held liable for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the use of the service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the driver.
